Ensure your contact information is accurate. •Guests/Children: No additional guests or children are allowed at your appointment. Failure to comply will result in an immediate cancellation of your appointment. 2. Tardiness •Grace Period: You have a 15-minute grace period to arrive for your appointment. •Late Arrivals: If you are more than 16 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your retainer fee will not be transferred or refunded. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling •Notice Requirement: To transfer your non-refundable deposit to a new appointment, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. •Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee. •No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee and may require payment in full for future bookings. 4. Retainer Fee Details •The $15 non-refundable retainer fee is applied toward your service cost but will be used to cover: •No-show or late cancellation charges. •Travel fees (if applicable). Age Policy Clients under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent for services. 5. Payments and Refunds Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.
